I’ve been a professional Realtor for several years, but I’ve been in the “Customer Service” business nearly all my adult life. I’m a firm believer in the “Customer for Life” sales philosophy and it’s proven by the numerous testimonials and accolades I’ve received from past customers. Nearly 85% of my business comes from referrals and/or past customers. In fact, I still receive cards and letters from clients I’ve dealt with 15-20 years ago.
As a professional Realtor I hold a couple of very important, internationally recognized designations.
I am an Accredited Buyer’s Representative or ABR, meaning I’ve been specially trained to deal with buyers of real estate and have met certain performance standards to earn this prestigious designation.
As well I am a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS), which means I’ve been trained to market and sell luxury homes. I am a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. I have past experience dealing with $Million Dollar Homes (having sold a couple of luxurious Lottery Homes) and can present a very elaborate, customized and unique marketing plan. I also have some of the nicest Property Brochures in the industry.
Keep in mind, that even though I am a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, I can also apply many of the sales techniques I use to sell $Million Dollar Plus homes, to sell less expensive homes as well. When working with Sellers, I am very diligent, detailed and aggressive. I like to go “above and beyond” what may be expected from a normal Realtor.
To top things off, I’ve also had training in Negotiating, which means I won’t let my Buyers pay too much for their dream home, nor will I let my Sellers sell their home for less than it’s worth.
I live in the Whitemud Oaks area of southwest Edmonton, with my lovely wife, Roxanne, who helps me in my business. We have two grown kids, Andrea and Kevin and are extremely proud to be the grandparents of the greatest little 7 year old granddaughter in the world,Caitlyn.
I enjoy art, music and photography. I also enjoy slow pitch baseball and racket sports such as badminton and racquetball, though the older I get, the faster the games seem to be getting and the slower I seem to be moving. I’m very competitive and much like my granddaughter, I don’t take kindly to losing, whether in business or play. I also love travelling and being bad occasionally, as both Roxanne and I really enjoy Las Vegas with our good friends.
When it comes to work, I’m extremely focused and my only objective is getting the job done successfully and with no hassles.
Thank you and I look forward to dealing with you soon.
